These Gift Card Terms apply to gift cards sold on gift.celebrityclasses.in and to their redemption. The site is operated by:

By buying or redeeming a gift card, you agree to these Terms. Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on celebrityclasses.in also apply. If they differ from these Terms on gift cards, these Terms apply.
1. What a Gift Card Is
A gift card has points and a unique gift code. It is a store credit that can be used only to enrol in our courses at gift.celebrityclasses.in/redeem. It cannot be used to pay anyone else.
Every course is 100 points. The All Access Pass is 400 points. Points have no cash value.
A gift card cannot be used on celebrityclasses.in, on its international store, or together with any other offer.
2. Buying a Gift Card
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a gift card.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card or banking details.
One order can hold up to 20 gift cards and up to 2,000 points.
We email each gift card as a PDF to the buyer after payment is confirmed. If you enter a recipient's email, we also send it to the recipient. Please check all email addresses before you pay.
3. Validity
A gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the gift card. Gift cards are not extended. Unused gift cards and points lapse on expiry.
4. Redeeming a Gift Card
To redeem, add courses to the cart at gift.celebrityclasses.in/redeem and enter the gift code at checkout, with your name, email and phone number.
You can combine gift codes. Your codes must cover the full cart value. You cannot pay the difference by any other method.
Each code works once. If a gift card is worth more than the courses you redeem, the unused points cannot be carried over.
Redemption is final. Once a gift code is redeemed, it cannot be reversed, changed or exchanged for another course.
If the recipient is under 18, a parent or guardian must redeem the gift card, enter their own contact details and accept these Terms. We do not knowingly collect a child's contact details. If we learn that we have, we will delete them and ask the parent or guardian to redeem.
5. Keep Your Code Safe
Treat your gift code like cash. Anyone who has the code can redeem it, and the first person to redeem it gets the course. We do not reissue or replace gift cards that are lost, stolen, forwarded by mistake or sent to a wrong email address that you entered. If a code is lost because of an error or security issue on our side, we will cancel it and issue a new one.
You can forward a gift card to someone as a gift. You cannot sell or resell gift cards. We may cancel any gift card that has been resold or obtained through fraud. This does not apply to a gift card that was genuinely given as a gift.
6. Course Access
Course access after redemption follows our Terms and Conditions on celebrityclasses.in. The All Access Pass gives access for 1 year. If you do not get course access, contact us and we will fix it.
7. Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will refund a payment if you were charged more than once for the same order, or if a confirmed fault on our side means we could not issue your gift card. Write to us with your order details. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 30 days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms takes away any right you have under Indian law, including where a gift card or course is not delivered, is defective or is not as described.
8. Cancelled or Reversed Payments
If a payment is disputed, charged back or reversed, we will inform you and may cancel the related gift cards. If a code has already been redeemed, we may withdraw the course access.
9. Your Information
To sell and deliver gift cards, we collect the buyer's name, email and phone number, and any recipient name, email and phone number that the buyer enters. If you enter a recipient's details, you confirm that they have agreed to you sharing them with us so that we can send the gift card.
When a gift card is redeemed, we collect the name, email and phone number entered at checkout. We use this to deliver gift cards and course access, and to help you when you contact us.
This information is stored with our cloud service provider on servers in the United States. We use advertising and analytics tools on our gift card sales and checkout pages to measure our advertising. When a buyer completes a purchase, we share the buyer's email, phone number and name with our advertising partner in a protected (hashed) form for this purpose. We do not share recipients' details this way, and we do not use these tools on our redemption pages.
You can write to our Grievance Officer to access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent.
10. Questions and Complaints

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits your right to approach a Consumer Commission under applicable consumer protection law.
